Reimbursement request instructions for Ph. D. Students

Please find below the instructions to open a travel reimbursement request and how to get the reimbursement after coming back.

 

You can use the following fundings, always after checking with Prof. Calvi:

If you need the University to pay in advance a fee, please contact Federica Crespi a couple of months before payment dead line.

There is no English version at the moment. 

 

Warning! Please be aware that receipts bearing the words 'varie' or 'altro' will not be reimbursed.

Supermarkets and markets receipts are eligible to be reimbursed (only foodstuffs, not alcoholic). 

 

 

Security course

If you need to remain after hours (ie during weekends, or after 8pm) in university and have your badge authorized to open doors and use elevators, you will need to take part in a 'security course', which takes places several times a year.

Every year university gives a call for Ph.D. students.
